| Enrollment agreements are made for the full academic year, since faculty salaries and other commitments are made a full year in advance. For this reason, no refunds nor reductions of room, board, tuition, nor special fees can be made for absences, or withdrawal or dismissal from the Academy. A student may not be permitted to enroll for the next semester if previous financial obligations have not been met. Diplomas, grades, transcripts and other records are released to colleges, other schools and employers only when student accounts have been paid in full. By act of matriculation, the parent or guardian accepts as binding and contractual all fees and regulations set forth in this brochure and in the student handbook. |
